PLEASE NOTE: Equipment varies and so may your settings. You will need to test your own equipment
Unscrew the black tip from the pen and remove the internal pieces.
Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the pen using heat tape.
For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the pen, then tape very well along the seam. Pull the transfer as tight as possible.
Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the pen barrel.
We add a strip of heat tape along the perforation of the shrink wrap for easier removal after baking.
Bake in a convection oven at approximately 350-375 degrees F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway.
Do not let the barrel touch a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap will be more likely to melt!
Remove from oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer.
