Sublimation Guide:
- Recommended temp: 375
- Recommended time: 45 Seconds

Be very gentle with these items 

1. Mirror your image
2. Place your image on top of the substrate and hold in place with heat-resistant tape.
3. Place the substrate with the front facing down and press light pressure 
4. Remove the paper and the adhesive tape.
