These blank lanyards have a smooth, flat surface that allows for vibrant and high-resolution sublimation prints.
Time & Temp
-
Preheat your heat press to a temperature of approximately 380°F to 400°F (193°C to 204°C).
-
Prepare your sublimation transfer paper with the desired design or artwork. Make sure the design is mirror-imaged, especially if it contains text or logos.
-
Place the blank lanyard flat on the heat press, ensuring that the printable surface is facing up.
-
Position the sublimation transfer paper over the lanyard, aligning it properly with the surface.
-
Place a Teflon sheet or plain paper on top of the transfer paper and lanyard to protect the heat press and the design.
-
Apply firm and even pressure on the heat press for about 40 to 60 seconds.
-
After the sublimation process is complete, carefully remove the transfer paper and Teflon sheet from the lanyard.
-
Allow the lanyard to cool down completely before handling it.
Remember to adjust the time and temperature based on the recommendations of your specific sublimation ink, paper, and heat press equipment. Also remember to always mirror your image.
