Graduation Cap Toppers

Prepare the design: Create or select the design you wish to transfer onto the graduation hat topper using graphic design software. Be sure to mirror the design before printing.

Print the design: Use a sublimation printer to print the design onto sublimation paper. Be sure to use sublimation ink, as regular ink will not work for this process.

Heat up the press: Set the heat press to the appropriate temperature of 375 .

Prepare the topper: Place the topper onto the heat press and pre-heat it for 10-15 seconds to remove any moisture and wrinkles.

Place the paper: Place the sublimation paper with the printed design face-down onto the topper. Be sure to center the design properly.

Apply pressure and heat: Close the heat press and apply pressure for 60 seconds. Use medium to high pressure for best results.

Remove the paper: Open the heat press and carefully remove the sublimation paper. The design should now be transferred onto the graduation cap topper.

Cool down: Allow the topper to cool down for a few minutes before handling it.
